BATIM OC - Mayor Finley

Meet Clover's father, Mayor Finley! The proud mayor of town. (I'm not sure yet if I'm going to name the town all these guys live in or if it's just gonna remain nameless)

He's the kind of character who is always in need for help in the town, or the kind that characters would have to impress to make sure they keep a place running! Either way the wealthy man is the father of Lady Luck herself, and yes this means that Clover's official last name is "Finley."

Some more tidbits about him.
-Clover referrs to him as "Papa,""Father," or "Pops"
   -Earnest Loves his daughter with all his heart.
    -Can be cowardly in some cases, but absolutely will not tolerate anyone trying to threaten his daughter.
-Loves to give rousing speeches.
-Can play the piano, loves the sound of the instrument.
